I order from penn-station.com often, it’s such a relief that the stuff I want is usually available, even during the lunch rush. I can’t stand when half the menu is suddenly gone, so it makes me really happy that ordering is quick, easy, and stress-free.

I had an issue with my order and support did end up fixing it, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Everything turned out okay in the end, but the wait was definitely NOT ideal.

I got a good portion for the price I paid. It felt like a fair deal, and I was happy with the amount of food. Definitely a nice value for an money.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine, but it literally took longer than I expected. Not terrible, just wish it had been handled a bit faster...

I really like how easy Penn Station’s hours are to work around. I’ve stopped by after work a few times and they were still open, which is nice when I don’t feel like cooking. Just grab dinner and head home, no hassle or anything...

Got the cheesesteak and fries again, it was really good. The bread was, actually, let me start there, the bread was super fresh, the meat had great flavor, and the fries came out hot. I’ve ordered from here a few times now and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal.

I’m going with 4 stars only because parking gets tight at one location around lunchtime. Nothing terrible, just something to be considerate about if it’s busy. Overall though, it’s convenient and does what it needs to do...

Stopped in for lunch and it had a really relaxed vibe. It wasn’t too noisy, which I appreciated, and most of the tables looked clean enough. The staff seemed like they had a lot going on, but they were still friendly. Also, whatever was coming off the grill smelled really good, so that kind of made the whole place feel more inviting. The only downside was the area by the counter felt a bit tight, especially when people were waiting, but I guess if they had a little more space there... Overall, nice place to grab a quick lunch.
